Hi Gents,

anyone out there to battle me at Jena/Auerstedt? I prefer to play the French side, but I don't mind to play the Prussians neither. I just bought the game and would like to get some feeling about it.

I have not yet played any scenario. Maybe there is one particular scenario which you prefer. Any scenario is okay with me.

I'm game for most things that are small to medium... don't really have time for a big one now. So, take a look and if anything grabs you, let me know :cool:

Gary: What about a scenario of 58 turns. I am thinking of scenario #05h_2. The battles of Jena-Auerstaedt on the large map? I would play the French side, if you do not mind.
Kindly let me know the choice of the optional rules.

Sounds good. I'm pretty flexible on Optionals. I much prefer Line Movement and VP for Leaders, and No Melee Eliminations, but otherwise, I'm flexible, adn we can talk about those if they're an issue to you.

What about these optional rules?
-VP for Leaders casualties
-Isolation rules
-Terrain modifiers melee
-Column pass through Fire
-Target diversity mordifier
-Weak ZOC
-Line movement restriction

This last rule may not be what you wish, but I believe it gives more realistic historical approach. I am pretty flexible too, except for the Line movement restriction.
