Can I copy formation in the editor?

For example I put lots of units into a certain "2nd Inf Div", now can I copy the whole formation(2nd Inf Div) in the editor? really don't want to do the same things again.

In the editor is't only possible to made copies of units, Place the copied units by each other under the parent formation and then made a new formation.

Well, it seems the duplicate unit is right after the original one, is it possible to move the duplicated one up and down?

Yes. Click with with mouse on it, and click again on the new possition
