I've posted updates of my scenarios included in the 3.2 beta patch.

General changes:
Reverted to more interesting and useful icon colour combinations after a silly,
boring experiment.
Replaced railway sea supply routes with supply points at sea next to ports,
added house rule that ship entering these supply points must stop and spend the
remainder of the turn there.
Generally reduced formation support levels especially for air/naval formations.
Movement bias set to 250 for 1km scenarios.
Air shock set at 1% on night turns for scenarios with 6-hour turns.
Fixed event errors, especially destroyed/withdrawn units.
