No pairings, yet. I am leaving registration open until Friday. At that point I will publish a pairing list.

I am currently working with GS Staff to get the board properly organized.

The threads will be limited to the team menmbers, as they were last time.

Ha. What I like doesn't matter. Frances only dislikes Belgian Chocolate. Apparently it has too much hazelnut taste.

I'm an Ami - but the Dutch/Belgian chocolate rules - the Swiss are okay;)
Handmade chocolates/cheeses/Beers are the items I miss most from my
tour of duty in the FRG

My bleeding ears. Frances just gave me an earfull over your slanderous grouping of Dutch and Belgian chocolate. You see, she is Dutch and just loves Dutch chocolate, but syas it is definately different from Belgian chocolate. I, on the other hand, think chocolate is chocolate.

I'd have to disagree. Swiss cholocate is top. Then there is nothing ... for a long time. Then Belgian. It's excellent. Dutch? I didn't know they make chocolate. :surprise:

FWIW, I spent last weekend driving (and eating) from Monschau to Bullingin to Le Gleise (thru Spa and a brazillion Formula One race fans) to Werbomont to Celles to Rochefort to Bastogne to Clervaux to Etternach, back to St Vith and the thru Dasburg back behind the West Wall (yes, I'm playing the German side).

And not one person I talked to all weekend thought Swiss chocolate was better than Belgian...imagine that...better break the news to Frances.
