Hey folks.

I am having some trouble getting TOAW 2 to run in Windows XP Pro SP2. I updated to 1.5, and now instead of getting the "Sorry NT not supported". I am getting "Cannot Locate the CD-ROM Error. Please insert the correct CD-ROM, press ok, and restart the application" When I try to run it.
I have tried running it in all compatibility modes available, and I have tried just running it.

I verified the the registry keys are correct in the HKCU\Software\Talonsoft\The operation art of war, volume II\
CD_PATH and GAME_PATH are correct...

If i remember correctly there was an option during the installation to chose between a full and a minimal (or sth like this) installation. Have you selected the full install?

On the other hand..now that you have all the graphics and sounds...there is a way to get a running COW out of it.. take a look here, post #6 downwards: http://www.gamesquad.com/forums/showthread.php?t=40177

Better than a running COW is a hopping TOAD. That's best accomplished through buying TOAW III...:devious:

Besides...you'll find a lot more people to play the game against that way.
