Getting supply

Ciao Guys
a question on supplies.

I am playing Israel 1948, as Israel against Arab PO.
At about turn 5 I stopped a bridage which was very low on supply and readiness.
Probably it was a mistake to stop it to resupply, but I fealt that things were going good in that sector, so stopping and resting it for a further push later on, such as exploiting a breach, seemed a sound line of action.

So I have an HQ, on an 18 supllied hex, adjacent to
an Armored Calvarly and a mehcanised infantry (stacked on a 18 supply hex)
and Armor unit (in a 12 supplied hex)

aside for my idiocy, since I could have moved them just two hexes and have them sit on 24 supplied hexes...

why in the hell the get much lower supply?
The Armor is just getting 2% supply each turn
the other units are getting 3% each turn
Supply lines are clear.
Are they being interdicted?
Any clue?

Looking at "Israel 48", I note that most formations have Formation Supply Efficiency values ranging from 5% to 20%. Those are very low values. Expect it to take forever to be resupplied no matter what.
