Russo-Japanese War Research Society

Have any of you read this site? I just found it after all of this time. It was right in front of me.

If you have let me know , it is full of data that helps me understand what was going on at this time.

Hi Daedalus

It's a brilliant site! You'll find that on Norm's homepage:

http://home.austin.rr.com/normkoger/toc.html

he highly recommends it, along with a few other books.

Hope that info is useful.

Cheers,

Martin :)

Yes ,I did find it at Norms site. I was looking at the Jutland page and thinking about that and saw the links tab. I have never looked at that page .
Well I am glad that I did, the site has information that I have not see anywhere else.
someone told me about this about a year ago but I never did go and look.
It is well worth the time to read the site because it will give you a better idea as to what was going on.

Yes, it's a great site (I came across it a few years ago). The shields/crests at the top of the home page remind me of the artwork for a 3 vol. set I bought about the war, published around the time of the war. If you go to the site's store, you'll see banners for Distant Guns.

Thanks Hinchinbrooke I will go to the store site and take a look. But yes someone or a group has done some good work and put in a whole lot of time getting the site up to where it is now. I was surprised that I did not see it before. lol
