UN announcement in general forum

There has been a diplomatic announcment in the general forum. Shall we respond?

I think we should respond something in the diplomatic forum finally. We should approach the UN and show some friendly gestures to them, so that we make "peace" with them, at least temporarily. One enemy is enough at a time. Shall I write something to that effect, maybe giving them the false impression that I took over command? (They look like unwilling to negotiate with our Commander.)
