Hi,
I have a few scenarios under my belt but new too TOAW and never played pbem anything before?
Anyone willing too take on a noob for a pbem game?? (possibly someone w/patience)

Your choice of WW2 scenario, side, and house rules. But would prefer not too long or big of scenario to start out with. Should be able to complete at least one turn a day (probably more)

Any luck yet B-snafu? I'd offer but in the noob stakes I reckon I'd out-noob you!

PirateJock---sent you a pm.
A gentleman over at the matrix forums was kind enough to take me on. But I should have time for another game---we can call it the battle of the noobs:D and both learn as we go.

I figured Rimini was being saved for the new players workshop-- wasn't going to look at it till then. unless the workshop is still a ways off.

rasmus pm'd you

Negative on that, B/sn, You really DO want to play this! Everyone else is running all the PvsP games they can, or finding 'pick-ups' where ever!

The 'new players workshop' isn't about who wins, it's about who 'learns', eh?

Lieutenants are there to 'guide' and help, eh? This isn't about who has kicked the most ass, it's all about getting interested players some help 'during' the game instead of Nub's just leaving the whole game-set and forums!

Just consider the 'NPWshp' as a free learning tool, eh? That's what it is, and all the 'old bstrds' really want you to win, just so they'll have someone to play later, eh?

The whole ToaW III comunity is not so large as to drive off new players by using 'cheap' wins. Especially the pbem sorts!

Play everything, and ask all the questions you have, no matter how silly they may sound to you! That's what this forum is for, and why most of us are here, 'just to learn, and to help'......

With out peeps like YOU, the game will stagnate and die, and none of us wish that, eh?

'Game on' !!!!

Negatory on that........

New players are the future , eh?

Gotta nurture, gotta take them seriously, gotta make sure they WANT to be here (our forums), and insure that the next 'moderater, designer, ladder-master, ' isn't someone that has no 'honor', no understanding of the underlying issues, especially concerning St. Ralph and his problems..eh?

Got to protect and serve, lol! You do that, milad, so it's only my job to help, eh?

One of us must be the admitted FanBoi, LOL!

PS: Where's Frances?

Roger your last, eh?

As much time as you spend on these and 'matrix' and other forums, I'm surprised you have any time to play a game at all, eh?

Good man, there!

Understood on Rimni L'zard--hopefully already got one lined up for that. Just so many great scenarios out there --was pacing myself. Actually have got alot of pbem offers--the Toaw comunity is great at being able to find an opponent:cool:
