One will have noticed that this boy kinda likes larger PO enabled scenarios.
Been looking for a longer Eastern Front scenario with PO in place.
Great War In The East didn't quite cut the PO mustard for me, lack of unit density ...
A while ago I unearthed another oldie, found out the PO plays it quite OK after a few tweaks here and there, did some modding to other bits while waiting for approval by at least two of the three authors.
Here it is: Russian War 1941 - 1944 , with original scenario notes and notes on the mod... and I found a Great Patriotic beauty to use as title BMP.

Silvain, isn't that 'Olga from the Volga'? I may have dated her once, lol!
Damn good thing I'm back to being semi-retired, as you seem to be a couple o' scenarios ahead of me in production, eh?
"That man, well done there!"

No it's Angelina from the Berezina... or was it the Dvina?

Well, modding goes faster than and designing an entirely new scenario aye.
Have you got any new works on the drawing board?
@Silvain;
'Fraid your a year ahead of me on that (drawing board), tho if I could get permissions from Daniel McBride, I'd certainly be looking at doing what you do so well with your voodoo vis his 'The Great War; an Operational Study', a scenario he made for a full WW1 game.
His 'page' would indicate that he's not given up on any of this, but on the other road, no-ones heard dick from him in a loooooooonnnnnng while, eh?
Used to be a 'frequent flyer', now, nada....pity!
His scen was never optimised for PO, and a good target for same, in my estimation.
Further, it would be an excellent use of Ralph's new PO trick! Understand that w/o any tracks at all, (pbem only) if could be a field-day for your sort of works!
Dude is otherwise known as 'Stauffenberg' in case you need a start. Beaucoup posts, dinosaur rating from the early ages this forum's antecedants. Part of the 'Test Team' for scenarios vis T3.
Don't know what happened to him, can't find him online anymore, tho 'we' mailed each other for a while during tests.
Maybe some of the other 'ancient bastards' can help out on this, eh? There were some test games going on, tho I've not been flagged lately.

I'm correcting Soviet equipment in Russian War...
Apparently assigning Soviet MRL's had been switched in the original, or maybe there was less equipment, and with inserting extra slots in the list things got mixed up by conerting the scenario to TOAWIII...
The Soviet 1944 300mm MRL starts in units on the map inJune '41 while the 1941 132mm amounts all stood at 0.
Other small bugs, found a few tank units on map in 1941 already equipped with late production stuff like T-70 Su-76 and even a SU-152
1944 prod 85mm AT Guns are assigned to 1941 HQ's instead of the 45mm version (1933 design)... .. I'll switch that as well...
And the on hand amounts for late production equipment in the replacement editor has to be set to 0...
I had a similar issue in Trotsky with a single B-17 (late) appearing in a on map Polish air unit in 1939...
I'll also check if there are similar problems with the Axis equipment...
I'll post the corrected mod soon. From seeing the amount of downloads here on GameSquad alone this updated/modded scenario seems to have attracted quite some interest ... so it deserves to be historical a bit correct aye

Mod v2 is uploaded:
-Corrected Soviet equipment. 300mm MRL (1944 production) and 132mm MRL (1941 production) was mixed up in the original version. Also a few turn1 on-map units already had equipment which is set to be assigned later in the scenario.

Got good ideas for how to implement variable German PO tracks for an update... but first things first: Italy Map

If I wasn't so interested in the outcome of the present 'group effort', I'd think that your being self-serving, LOL!
