I don't see a delay in delivery at BF but my Amazon order for CMSF has been delayed into August.

Same here - my order with Play.com now shows expected release date as 10th August. Fine by me as I will just be back from 2 weeks holiday.. :smoke:
Can I put you down for the Early Adopters CMSF Tournament??? Starts 15 days after I get my copy.:devious:
I left myself open for that didn't I. Go on then.

Boff, if you order from BFC you get extra goodies like a mouse mat and map and you can download it on release day!
The delay might be due to shipping from the US?
There must be a delay in shipping out to retailers. You can order it from BFC for $45 + $10 shipping (and download it immediately on July 27th) or wait 2 weeks and order it from Amazon for $40 shipping included. BFC charges another $15 for the mouse pad and 14" x 14" map.
I think I'll be patient, save $30 and forego the pad and map.

I certainly don't need a silly mouse pad or map. However, I pre-ordered from BFC to give them the extra revenue.
Silly as it sounds.....I feel I owe these guys. CM has given me hundreds if not thousands of hours of enjoyment. I think I paid less than $100 for CMAK, CMBB, and a couple of BF strategy books.
Having said that....I also bought a few of their games I thought were crap!

Me too. Incidentally those prices make Play.com (http://www.play.com/Games/PC/4-/3354621/Combat-Mission-Shock-Force/Product.html) in the UK look a bargain at 17.99 UKP ($36) delivered.. must be the exchange rate..
As D-Day for the release of CMSF and CM x 2 with it, Battlefront has released two new videos to promote the upcoming game. One video follows close behind a platoon of mechanized US infantry as they attack an entrenched Syrian force, while the other shows a US Javelin missile team attempting to hold of an armored Syrian assault.
