View Full Version : Corruption in Nations/Forces module

I am getting a C+++ error with a corrupt graphics display whenever I try to access the Nations/Forces/Groups module of data view... has anyone else been able to succesfully access this part of data view?
I now found out it is also showing a C++ error in the Awards/Medals part of Dataview too... I think this is a bug.

I was just farting around with it setting up a test IDF tank platoon etc for the Golan Map and it seems to be working just fine for me. That's all I can tell you, brother.

See it was working jsut fine until I upgraded to the poa2 patch... now it seems broke. Which vers. are you running?

Okay... I reinstalled and saved a copy of the old dataview, it runs fine when plugged into my updated 2.01 installation.... if I use the updated dataviewer 2.01 I get the c++ errors.
hmmmmm.
Is there any specific order the upgrade should be done?
what am I overlooking here?

I'm running v2.01 with the associated v2.01 dataview and data tables updates. Did you try reinstalling just the v2.01 data view stuff? Perhaps it got corrupted somehow? All I know is I'm really looking forward to the next patch to come out...fingers tapping...Really, Really!

The Dataview 2.01 is corrupted (in a few ares)....a New Dataview program has already been updatd by Scott (HPS)...and is coming out with the new 2.02 patch...

It shouldn't be too long before the updates are available. I should point out that Scott is planning to have the beta test team review this latest effort prior to releasing it to the general public.

Thanks for the info.... I'll just keep my fingers crossed this is fixed in the next release. I wanna get started on some scenarios!

The Dataview is fixed in the newest release....(Scott sent me it several days ago to check out)...Seems to be working fine...however, I am waiting for 2.02 to come out before fully testing all of it....Can't wait for 2.02 to come out..

But from the errors I was encountering in the dataview...they have been fixed...
