How do I submit a TO&E

If anyone knows how to go about creating and submitting a TO&E for inclusion into the database please share the info.
I don't know if I have to do it inside the editor/viewer or if I can just type up a word doc and email it to HPS for thier approval.

Hi T

Its quite an easy process. You have to use the POA2 Dataview.

First, if you are creating units of a new nation you must create the nation. This is done in the NATION & GROUPS table. You just add the name and then edit the nations qualities.

Once that is done you can set about building your TO&E. You will need to start with the smallest sub unit and build upwards from there. For example you build a squad, then a platoon HQ and add the required number of squads.

To build a unit you go to the TO&E data sheet.
Click NEW UNIT
In the top righthand box you add the following:
Formation Name
Nation
Unit Level

Ignore the Default vehicle at this stage.

Add in you unit.
If there are sub units add them.

When finished click on the unit in the left hand window and delete the Default Vehicle (its not required).

There you go, you have started your TO&E.
