Hi Peter...My Name is Tom Bridges. I am an experienced HPS gamer and if you would like to consider the 524 turn #00H_1 Six Days. scn I would be interested.

I play a historical game, playing more for fun than just for the win. I prefer to use historical tactics, that is...no blitzkriegs, no random cavalry units running around loose all over the map picking off leaders or artillery or supply wagons, no suicidal melees just to disrupt a formed enemy for a follow-up assault, etc. In other words, as realistic a historical game as possible with an absolute minimum of "gaminess". I have the staying power for a scenario of this magnitude and typically return four or five turns a week.

I prefer to play with no house rules, other than perhaps a reasonable skirmisher leash, as they are just too hard to remember and usually end up causing disagreements. I would prefer to play the Austrians. It doesn't matter to me if we register the game or not as I do not compete on the ladder. I have attached the Optional Rules I prefer.

Is this the kind of game you might be interested in?
