:p The Painting Contest:
Miniatures will be judged by people’s choice in the category of Novice and Advanced. Winners of prior Nuke-Con miniature painting contests will be categorized as Advanced.
There will be 2 categories for the Aftershock contest: Novice & Advanced.
If you have previously won at an Aftershock or Nuke-Con in the novice or advanced category, you will be assigned to the advanced category. There will be a list available of advanced entrants. Anyone who has not won before may choose to compete at the advanced or novice level.
There are no separate categories; all types of figures will be judged together. The only limit is that no figures over 9” in any diameter are allowed.
All figures will be assigned a number to keep entrant anonymous. Voting at Aftershock is by people’s choice, using the assigned number. Everyone who attends the Aftershock may vote.
This contest will run from 2pm to 6pm. Ribbons/winners will be on display from 6pm to 7pm. Everyone may pick up their minis/prizes after 7pm; all minis must be picked up by 8pm.
Awards were given for:
People’s Choice Novice 1st, 2nd, 3rd
People’s Choice Advanced 1st, 2nd, 3rd.
