What is WSRO? And what does it do?
What is Elint Model?
And on the question of Logistics? At Options/Logistics, Regenerate Blue/Red Combat Power (2%). How often is it regenerate? Is it after each turn?

What is WSRO? And what does it do?WSRO stands for Weapon System Reconstitution Operations. You can either designate a unit Company and below as WSRO and have it be "absorbed" by a larger unit of the same type, or create a unit specifically as WSRO.
What is Elint Model? It is the fidelity in the modelling of the IEW units and their attack and collection effectiveness. I have mainly seen the difference between the models with the amount of intercepted enemy messages and the accuracy of those messages, but that's the basic function.
And on the question of Logistics? At Options/Logistics, Regenerate Blue/Red Combat Power (2%). How often is it regenerate? Is it after each turn?RCP is regenterated 2% each time you click on the icon. Also, as long as a unit is at or above 70%, its RCP is regenerated 2% EVERY TURN! This models normal reconstitution operations during combat.
Hope this helps!

What is WSRO? And what does it do?
Just to add to what's CPangracs already said, WSRO are units that are usually brought into the theater as replacements. Sometimes this comes from special units that exist for just this purpose. As has been already mentioned, you can designate a unit of company or below strength as WSRO and "absorb" it on your own.
