Scenario creation tutorial

It strikes me that what we really need here is a straight-forward tutorial on the scenario creation process. I'm willing to do it, but I'm not qualified. :o We need someone who has a lot of experience with the system. If there is someone who is willing to write it up, I can do the legowrk of converting it to html and making it look pretty for the webpage.
