Grounded aircraft

Ok, another question ,which I`m sure if I had some patience I could find the answer to, but after half an hour I cant find it!

Which OOB are grounded aircraft in? I`m sure I seen some the other day..

I believe that would be the UN OOB.

Is it possible to obtain grounded planes in Winspww2 ? I don't find it.

I have never been able to find any in WinSPWW2. I hadn't though to ask CAMO but It would be a good option I would think.

Not having yet the version Cd of winspww2, I tried to circumvent the difficulty as follows:
-At first I buy a number of vehicles utility , equivalent to the number of planes which I wish to have.
- then I buy a plane or several of the type which I want to have.
- then I pass by modify units data and I open miscellanious to know the number of the icon of the plane.
- then I remake the same operation on the vehicle utility and there I apply the number of the icon of the plane. I change the name of the vehicle utility, I put speed=0 and cost=0
- the plane appears.
- to finish operation, I remove the planes which I bought.
