I found out the other day, while playing a certain scenario, that if you save your turn, then go to explorer(make a copy,
and rename your saved turn as a .sce file instead of a .SAL or .SAV that you can edit it then continue playing.
The only problem is, is that it still uses the original setup of events(up until you've played) and it starts from the turn 1 (date as well). That could be a bonus though.
It may be a good way to adjust supply levels or very minute changes to games 'in play' without having to start all over. You'd have to change the amount of turns left and dates but after changing, you can pick up where ya left off, generally speaking.
I dunno if it's old news, probalbly, but it may be good for freeing up events up to turn 2 maybe. Hmmmmm.
I read this somewhere here I think before I tried it. Can't remember.
Anyways, try it if ya need more events.
Just save as the 1st turn begins.
