jadpanther, mr_clark and Cameronius. Please post in your individual threads when you have downloaded and started your battles. That way I know for sure you have them and the files loaded properly.
Remember to post any questions, AAR's or other stuff related to those battles in the individual threads that are set up.
Enjoy!

Cameronius - seems to be MIA. If he doesn't report by tomorrow noon or so I'll need a temporary replacement commander for D Co/2nd Bn/2nd Rifle Bde/7th Armoured Division.
Vesku, since your men are not engaged you can have 1st crack at commanding Cam's troops if you want the position at least until he returns.
Anyone else is also free to volunteer as well but can't promise you'll get the command.
Just let me know if/when you want it done.

As soon as Jad posts his results/save game we'll prep for the next turn.
There is surely a limit on attachments people can post (forum wide) so once we move to the next turn battles feel free to delete any of your previous turn save files to make room for future attachments.
I will also be deleting the scenario files from these threads and moving them to the download section of the site once I get the text files written up.
I also ask that each of you comment on the scenario in your threads such as it was too easy, too hard, did or didn't fit the theme of the campaign, etc, etc. I will use this information to tweak the charts for scenario generation to make it more chalenging.
we can't erase our files as we can't edit the posts after a certain timespan.
At least I can't...

OK, turn 1 is complete. You guys can start preparing for your next movement orders. British forces have prevailed in each battle and are currently located in the hexes shown on the Campaign Map which is HERE (http://www.gamesquad.com/forums/showthread.php?t=63794)!
Movement rates are still the same for each unit.
So we assume the last strategic round has stopped the units in the places of the battles? Just to make sure so I can get my commands ready.

So we assume the last strategic round has stopped the units in the places of the battles? Just to make sure so I can get my commands ready. That is correct. All units start Turn 2 in their current hex as shown on the map.
What is the average visibility in the light woods? May affect my marching order and distances between units.

I'm back,
My bookmark to this site was not working correctly. I thought the forum was having technical difficulty. Anyway if Vesku wants to give me back my command I would be happy to take it. If not, than fair enough.

WHAT??? I haven't messed with your D co, B company is still my only one.

What is the average visibility in the light woods? May affect my marching order and distances between units.I will use the visibility settings based on the turn weather and light conditions. If you mean how thick is the woods, there are none nearby to your current position, those are scrub hexes. The one that looks like trees (SE of Sidi Sueicher) are actually orchards and are not that thick. They will be about what Jad encountered in his battle.

What is scrub translated into SP? High grass with scattered trees?

Yes, that was a 1 turn thing. Breakdowns and those type of events are for just that turn.
