View Full Version : Sicily '43
In Panzer Campaigns global supply is determined by a path free of enemy ZOC's to the edge of the map, but since Sicily '43 is played on a island can infantry be supplied globally by being able to trace a path over the ocean to the edge of the map, or must they be supplied locally via supply sources?
I found it! Ground unit supply is determined by a path free of enemy ZOC's to a supply source, and if supply sources are nonexistent then supply is determined to the edge of the island. Naval units use 1/2 global supply. Now I'm trying to figure out what explicit supply does. Explicit supply is very confusing. I guess that's why it's a optional rule. It's like the more you know, the more questions you have.

Explicit supply puts supply units on the map-some maybe moveable and others may not. The enemy can shoot at or overrun them and vice versa. If you lose them you are in a world of hurt.

Here I thought I had finally gotten Sicily '43 out of my blood.
Staying away like a drunk avoiding a bar ... then, you guys bring it up again, putting the game once again into my face.
I had to take a sip ... :drink:
Thank you! :toast:
