Hello

What year are you using for the campaign in spmbt 2.1?

I was able to find some of the units you are using but not all of them.

And also are you using Red or Green for the pro government forces?

I'd like to get some mock battles going against the computer.

June 1997.

Green for the infantry units but RED for the replacement Pool units (support weapons, vehicles and armor).

Which type of infantry squad do we have from the pool? There are several types listed, some of them with RPG-7, some of them with only hand grenades. It affects planning I believe. Do we know what type of squads our enemies use?

If you go into the Editor and set the date of the campaign, then go into the unit purchase screen I will always select the 1st unit type in that list. For example: If there are 4 Infantry Squads available then I will always select the one at the top of the list or the 1st one in the list of that type.

Hi,

Ive been playing the comp alot using Island Civil War technology and the Rebel Squads are actually from the Red OOB,the companies are differnt in the Green OOB. Not that its any big deal.
I prefer the combat Power of the Pro Gov compaines anyway :)

I think, diplomatically, we should appeal to the governments of the world (especially France, our traditional ally ;) ) that they send us reinforcements, and some modern technology, preferably. I remember, that DD told at the beginning, that such outside support may happen sometime in the game. I think we are in the thickest of actions, therefore it would be timed very well. What about an airborne Legion Etrangere instertion into A, to the outskirts of the rebel controlled city? That would make quite a mess for rebs...

Hi there,

Well if you think about it the French vote had to be involved in the Deployment of the UN forces.I wouldnt think that they would sidestep the UN forces and send in thier own troops independent of the UN forces.

But dont get me wrong I would welcome such forces ,especially ones simpethetic to our side, with open arms .
