Out of those I chose Okami, Gears of War and Zelda - although personally would have selected Dragon Quest VIII instead of Zelda if it was on the list.

Heh, I haven't actually bought a single new console game in 2006 so I can't vote! :nuts: I would have bought MGS3: Subsistence but I figured there was no point considering I don't have a PS2 network adapter (yes, I have a clunky old style PS2) and was going to get (and did get :D ) MGS: PO for PSP with practically the same online mode anyway. My only regret is that if I had bought Subsistence I would have been able to play the old 2d Metal Gear games that were bundled with it, oh well I can still buy Subsistence later on anyway, probably when I get a PS3 so that I can play the online mode too. :)

I'm actually chagrined that I'm the only vote for Guitar Heroes II - what a cool game, and it is the hardest Hand/Eye coordination game ever made...ever.
