Tarrein Tool Tips Problem

I’m having a problem with the Terrain Tools Tips. Nothing shows up when I run the cursor over the map. The Tool Tips works fine with units, instantly giving me information but no terrain or height info.

I’ve tried all the various settings but to no avail, any ideas?

My monitor is a 17” Packard Bell FST.

Standard PC, XP, NVIDIA GE Force Card etc.

I run all other ProSim games without any problems including map displays.

The Tool Tips works fine on my Laptop which has a similar setup as my desktop.

Interesting - did you leave the cursor in place for a second or two? Not sure what's going on - what map are you using?

Yes and I've tried a few maps.

Reinstall did the trick!

The only thing I can think of was a corrupted entry in the registry. I install the full game then removed the Demo, perhaps I should have done it the other way round?

Anyway back to the game for some serious butt kicking (mine probably)

Hi All,

I had the same problem with the demo. I uninstalled it, deleted the folder, deleted all registry entries related to AATF and re-installed. Voila!! The terrain tool tips work like a charm.

Now I am waiting upon delivery of the full game............Please Mister Postman!!
