What is the job of each of us?

Well, by the way, what exactly the different positions, do I mean what is the job of the reserve commander etc.

We will work out specific jobs as we go. I would like to keep this more of a team game, rather then having a rigid Chain of Command. Each team needs a captain (Force Commander) so to speak who is basically the lead person to make sure OOB's are updated, orders posted etc. Mainly he just needs to be a motivator and person to keep things moving along. Once fighting starts, everyone who wants to, participate in the battles.

I think this topic is like the Chain of Command one.
As far as a Reserve commander, it is either to replace dead ones, or to act as commander of reserve elements (the mobile, armored task force). I understand it as the later.
