Clarification "1st PZ Army and 44th Army"

Just want to make sure, once Soviet units leave the safe zone that is marked with +'s I can launch German units across the + boundary?

BLUF: If he crosses the boundary I am free to move into the area and destroy 44th Soviet Army.

No...the 44A is safe inside the boundary. Due to the map size the vast area of Caucasus is not in the gamemap. So it wouldnt be fair to smash 44A agaist a boundary that doesnt excist..And if the germans would try to smash 44A historically the 44thA would just withdraw..and not be destroyed..
