Add new equipment to COW?

Is there anyway of adding new equipment to COW, new guns, planes etc.???

I saw a TOAW Editor but is only for the old TOAW not for COW, does anyone know if there is one for COW?

Would modifiying existing equipment be also that complicated?

This is Biohazard's program for making modified executables. For ACOW 1.03 or 1.04. Read the instructions and you shouldn't have any difficulty in modifying the equipment.
