Pbem for ladder or even Ip for debate

Im Interested in a ladder game or 2 and possibly an IP game if that could be worked out. Off work for a bit so I have some time. Cmak prefered, will play Cmbb but prefer not to be russians unless scenario is appealing.
Nothing too huge and I am open for rules/parmeters discussion.
( I have been away for a bit)(I think nearly a year from the ladder)

Cmak,2000 points ME, A/D mirrored, no tip only cause I play 2000 +point battles. Settings as long as they are fair I am sure you are.:smoke:

Nighttime meeting in Africa is cool. Say, early 43, 1200 point medium map? Village, randomize the rest?

I'd prefer not to randomize troops. Especially the nationality and quality. I received a major kick in the arse one time due to only being able to pick infantry and armored cars of green or regular experience whilst my opponent defended with a veteran and crack infantry and AT gun force. It was massacre at its finest. I figured that the trees, hills, damage, and weather could be random, or at least without me knowing. But troops, whatever you do, set them even for both sides. If you're going no armor, so will I, and visa versa.
