To my knowledge, there isn't really a good collection of DA scenarios posted anywhere online (or I just haven't heard of it). We have just opened a new section in our "scenario archives" for DA. You can post scenarios, maps and other misc files there. Just be aware that the archives won't accept attachments larger than 1MB. If it's a really large map and it's still over 1MB even when zipped, try reducing the colors to 256 and see if that helps.
