that little circle of stars that show how long you've taken to display, instead of the usual square butons for removing hexsides, weather, etc? Can't see it in the manual, but I'm notoriously crap at understanding what that says.

Not entirely correct. It works also with 1024x768. You can hide the taskbar, then you will get some stars, but only nine i think. Or you can move the taskbar to the left or right side of the screen.

Yes, evil nine stars. I wonder if it would be too much trouble for them to make it ten so it actually displays properly...? :p

Yup, so while I can increase the resolution to 1024 x 786 everything turns
v-e-r-y tiny.

As someone mentions below, Christmas is coming (and the Mark's getting fat), so it may be time to upgrade.

Too bad. What about a TFT 37'' (http://www.misco.de/productinformation/~108973~/LG%20M3700C-BA%2037%20Zoll%20TFT%20Display%20in%20der%20Farbe% 20schwarz%2C%20ohne%20Standfuss%20und%20Lautsprech er.htm) - you wouldn't get fat then as you probably had no money left to buy some food... :nuts:

Auflösung would be resolution probably? If so, at 1368x768 it doesn't strike me as quite extraordinary, despite the monitor size. I'd rather go with a wide 20" or 21" LCD at the quarter of the price: more resolution and more food at the same time :laugh:

Well i didn't look at the details :rolleyes: I ask myself anyway what one wants to do with such a monster..

These free copy of TOAWIII's can sure be expensive in the long run. I am glad I paid for mine. :)
