I'm puttering around with a cross-time scenario, pitting a force composed of a modern division and several ww2 era divisions against a WW2 OPFOR. I'm having a bit problem though - my intuition is that modern units have greater superiority against a ww2 era opponent than indicated by simple equipment strength. Setting all formation values to 100% could work but seems inadequate (especially if the modern unit already has high proficiency values) or I suppose I could just jack up the Shock value to 200%, but unfortunately I have ww2 era units on both sides and there isn't a way to set Shock for a single formation.
Same applies to most other "force" settings like PGW. Any ideas as to how
