2 Halo games next year?

i was reading on ign.com and they stated something about a game called "Halo Wars" coming out in 2007. this isnt a code name for halo 3, it seems to be a whole new game. does anybody have any information about it?

It was revealed at X06 - it's a Real Time Strategy game based on the Halo universe and developed by RTS gods 'Ensemble Studios' - the creators of the Age of Empires series.
