Hi All,
I have seen some scenarios where the HQ units have no Command or Support groups assigned. Sometimes, like in Europe Aflame (IIRC), they are not even attached to the formations... they have their own HQs formation.
As far as I know, the influence of the HQ is:
1. Enough number of Support groups improve supply distribution in the area
2. If command groups are lost in battle, formations must reorganize
So, when a HQ unit does not have any of these special groups, what is the real influence they can have on other units, dispite normal attack/defense tasks (or some Special Abilities like minor/major ferry, etc)? If there is no other influence, why do they have a Special Ability called HEADQUARTERS? What does it mean?
