gta 4, 5 havnt been released yet but i know what you mean.

Worst Soundtrack - head radio
Worst Main Character - gta 3 guy
Worst Voice Acting - the guy doesnt speek
Worst Cars - perenials and caddies
Worst Cutscenes - the quentin vance scene and the ending in vice city is pretty crap to
Worst City - vice city - the map is too small and disappointing
Worst Gta Game - vice city. the music was ok but there has been better. the game was just over all bad
