@Bootaaay do you think this will be better and over shadow Halo?

No, I don't think it can compare - mostly because of the fact that it's 3rd person, it may very well be the game to overshadow Halo 2 on xbox live though - it's still the most played live game. I doubt GoW will sell as well as Halo 2 either, leave that for Gears of War 2 :p But the astounding graphics, awesome gameplay (if the previews can be believed) and a comprehensive online mode are sure to make it a big hit - and I reckon it'll certainly do for the 360 what Halo did for the original Xbox - sell 360's.
