Got an email just a minute ago that 1 more had finished.
Yo DD,
Thank you for the update! Just a curiosity question, but if someone doesn't finish on time, and you go to investigate, how do you determine the score and who advances? Are both parties eliminated? Or if one person is cause for the delay(never replies, holds turn for 4 or 5 days, etc) does the non-offending player get a chance to stay in tournament? I'd hate to advance over a better player who is eliminated because he didn't have a fair shot at finishing. I also don't want to be in that situation later on. Obviously life interferes and if one player is unable to continue, they should notify you and you can determine what to do at that point(early in a round just bump up the a runner-up). I am worried about when you are three or 4 days away from end date and the game is only halfway done, etc.
Thank you for clearing this up. Hopefully I can be starting next round tomorrow night! :) Got oats and lumps of sugar for my horses!
