I'm sure Mantis or WestPointer will be along shortly to confirm or correct me, but I'm going to guess you haven't registered for the TOAW ladder, which is a seperate registration process from the forums.

At the top of this page, there's a handy-dandy link under "Admin" for "Club registration". Click that and you're on your way....though it'll take a couple of days for everything to get updated.
