Glad to hear that there is a spark of interest. If you ever want to start a PBM game give me a ring.

Attached is the scenario briefing. The scenario update posted in the TOAW scenario section contains the briefing plus a number of supporting documents such as maps, schedule of events and schedule of TOs.
