helo speeds?

I was adjusting the helocopter speeds in one of my test scenarios and checked the orders I issued for my units when I noticed my helo speeds below...

7685900
while some other units were listed as speed 21222 and so on... has anyone else had this happen or can explain if its something I have done wrong or a bug?

It has happened to me- Scott knows about it. Happens to units other than helos on occasion as well...
