how to pbem

i have already asked for playing steel panther pbem a few month ago but i just don't know how to send the files, in fact it seems rather more complicated than for other pbem games, is there anyone who can give me some explanations about this?
i'm ready to start a game once i know how to start :)

The files are found in the Email folder, and have the same number as the save slot you saved to. Simply zip and email the four files under the save number you want to your opponent. The files are unzipped to the same folder.
