Problem with the Force Tree

I have been experimenting with the various scenerios and have noticed that in some instances the friendly units displayed on the map are not listed in the "Force Tree" along the right hand side. This "problem" seems to be unique to Scenerio #2, where the majority of the 101st units are not listed and in Scenerio #7 where none of the M3A2s are listed.

Does anyone if this is by design or if it is a bug? BTW, these observations come from using Beta 6.
