I'm continuing to work with the ADC2 map editor and I've run into more questions.
Do map “attributes” get used by the computer for LOS, cover, conceal, etc? I'm concerned with how the game engine interprets secondary terrain vs. attributes for each hex. Since almost everything except base terrain and elevation are set as attributes, I imagine things like trees or orchards are being used by the engine and not just cosmetic. On the other hand, I know there are some things that are cosmetic. Anyone have a clue on this?
