Patch Status?

I ordered the game yesterday, and finally found this forum tonight. I noticed there are known problems with the game and I have seen indications that a patch was thought to have been released by now. So what is the current thinking?

I am looking forward to this game and unlike some others I am going into this with the idea of there being problems. I can also live with this if the developer is diligent in their pursuit of fixing the game.

Patch should be out any time now. I thought it was coming today, but I'm hopeful it will be tomorrow.

First, I'm trying to get the patch out as soon as I can. I wanted to release it yesterday, but we still have a few other things, and at this point in the process all the easy stuff has been handled so everything we find usually takes a long time to correct. It should be out this week, but I guess we'll just have to see. All I can say is it is my overriding priority right now.
