If you are downloading the file as of today, you are likely ok, if you downloaded the file the night it was released, and do not have anything else, you might have missed a few installer tweaks.
Fear not, to the best of my knowledge, the game works fine regardless, as I used the very first version successfully (after manually applying the tweaks myself). But of course one has to know what the tweaks required are of course.
The most significant one was the redundant nested SHP folder glitch. Plus there was some trouble with text files and the help file I think.
But any ways, the currently offered download has addressed these hassles.
