microsoft.
Get Firefox (http://getfirefox.com) that normally solves a billion of all of IE's problems.

i think i might jsut have to wait til i get home as i don't think i can download onto uni computers.
firefox isn't supposed to be to much better for security i've heard.
i was watching the gadget show on channel 5 a while ago and they gave firefox a really good review, although i think that might have been coz it was free
FF is alot better and most things work alot smoother. IE hasn't been updated in years.

other way round, it has a pup up blocker etc tells you when your leaving secure areas and when entering, saves passwords is mroe user friendly
For the sake of everything just download it.

Quite the contrary, FF is renowned for it's security over IE, it doesn't allow activex controls etc etc, great password encyption and the lot. It also uses all the web standards, unlike IE.
