E3 Expo coming up in May

Yes that's right the May E3 Expo is coming up and I can't wait. Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft will all be showing their new consoles at the show for the first time.

Also we will get to take a look at what's in store for the DS and PSP.
Upcoming titles include Gta, Castlevania DS and a few unnamed projects.

Rumors are that Xbox2 games are already being made by developers and when the Xbox2 comes out they will make some minor switches to fit the console. On this note some parts of them may be playable at the Expo.

Little details have been given about any of the 3 upcoming consoles but some ideas have been flying around everywhere. Gyroscope Controllers for the Revolution, Hard-drive for the PS3(and Xbox) and the possibilities of having Wireless controllers as standard controllers. I guess we'll just have to wait another month to see.

Yes Mark there will be prototypes of games for the PS3 Revolution(if it will be shown) and the Xbox but the Xbox's might be pretty much done by E3 and playable. In September at last years E3 the whole talk was the DS and it's touch screen but look where it is now. But the thing I am most exciting about is infact the Revolution. I know Sony and Microsoft will have amazing systems but we already know what they will be like. It's fun to watch where Satoru Iwata is going with gaming. He always does something different these days and it makes you want to see what he will think of next. I'm not saying Revolution will be the best system I am just saying it will be the most interesting to see. Let's just hope Nintendo will show it in May. If not, then we'll be waiting for September.

Personally I’m looking forward to seeing the Xbox 2. That’s only because of what they did with Xbox live and I’m interested in seeing were they plan to go with it. Oh yeah, that and its supposed to come out this year. Unfortunately for me I doubt I’ll be able to buy it if it did come out this year due to the fact that I spent most of my money on the DS and PSP. :(

Xbox2 and PS3 should both be announced before E3 if rumours are to be believed. I would have definately gone to E3 if I lived in the USA..

As far as I know, even us inside the US can't get tix unless your in the industry. I might make the trip...I'll be the vagrant looking guy with the glazed look haplessly staring at people on the inside until the police usher me away :(

I want to see screens of the new viewtiful joe for Gamecube and get this... PSP and its going to be EXACTLY like the GC version but smaller screen w00t!

Old news but yea still AWESOME. It's not like Viewtiful Joe takes a lot of power to make. The graphics are like Super Nintendo! But still a good game. I really think that the E3 show will decide who will win the War of the Portables. I wasn't really impressed with either PSP or DS's lineup so I think it all matters on the games that come out after E3. Of course we all know DS will be just plain history in a year or two but if they actually get some good games out, who knows.

I don't see why they'd release a Third portable at once. It just doesn't make sense. Nintendo has boat loads of money though.
