Guys,
I was mentioned this great site by your member Double Deuce. This message is BY NO MEANS meant to get people away from here (as if I even could!) but to broaden the vision of the CMxx players that want more.
The reason I drop you a note is to see if there are some amongst you who want to take ladder play (i.e. battle per battle) to the 'next level': a real campaign where one battle influences the next. A grand campaign with rules for Intel, Recon, Ammo, Communication etc. Where you are either part of the German or Russian army to fight in operation Mars (nov 1942). Obviously we use CMBB for the battles that do occur.
Besides doing your CMBB battles, you are to write orders for your unit, inform your HQ of the situation that your in, steer subordinate players. Send out patrols, arrange for you supply to be in order. In short, all the things that come with the job of a 'real' commander. Visit us over here: www.cmmc2.org.
If you think you've got what it takes to be fighting amongst those that experienced the turning point in WWII (okay this can be dabated); join up by dropping a message here: http://www.cmmc2.org/forums/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=29
Thanks for your time and I hope to meat some of you in the cosiness of the Russian pub :p or to suffer for your intrusions in our beloved country of mother Russia :cheeky: .
Best regards, and keep this site going...it's great,
Bernard / Ushavov
