I'm interesting in the methodology that was used to determine the values for the various weapon systems. I have created a new scenario using the supersize germany main with newer and different weapon systems. The number's I used for the weapons values were pretty much a SWAG based on numbers I've seen for other games. Could somebody share the formulas used to come up with the different values?

I'm working on a Germany 89 OOB that includes changes to unit values. I have used another game to help come up with new values. For instance it has really changed the Defense and Hard Attack values of newer MBT.
