There were some hefty problems with this scenario the last I checked it out several years ago. I wrote Piero and he said it wasn't playable. It was an early scenario in his design career.

I don't recall the problems just now, but I'll take a look at your version when I have time and see if I can suggest anything.

The Germans are generally to weak to get near Moscow in 1941... in the South the combined 11th Army/1st Romanian Army formation might have to be split up and slightly enlarged... by November 1941 they can be pushed all the way back to Bucharest.

I'm running around with the idea of using the OOB and TOE as seen in Gary Grigsby's good ol' "War in Russia" as basis for a GWitE scenario... Its map is well suited as it's apx the same scale.
This'll take some time though.
