Folks,
after more then one year of experience I decided several changes on our laddersystem. The CM ladder will be the first one to be changed. The changes will be uploaded within the next 24 hours
a) Operations and scenarios - the point value will now be calculated with the real purchase points as shown in the scenario editor and follow the same point rules like the QB. Operations will be counted as ONE big battle.
b) I will not consider QB handicaps anymore. Of more then 600 reported games were only 3 or 4 that used a handicap, so I think it's not worth the effort.
c) Experience ladder (xl) - the xl will now run paralell to the 'score ladder'. All (active) members will be shown now on the xl as well as on the score ladder. The experience calculation was impoved, too. I will write a more detailed articel about that later. In a nutshell: I consider now the experience of both players, and calculate the rating with the last 30 gamereports (only reports not older than two years).
d) Latest Report page - will now show the experience rating of the players and experience value that was calculated for the battle.
